OUR TEAM

Franco, authentic sea wolf of Monterosso, has spent a lifetime among the waves, embodying the true essence of Monterossino. From fishing to lamp with his father and grandfather to driving ferries between La Spezia and the Cinque Terre, he has always maintained a strong bond with the sea. Today it is dedicated to fishing tourism, offering a unique experience to visitors. With Franco, every trip is an adventure between tradition and innovation, to discover the wonders of the sea.

Graduated in Shipbuilding in 2012, he moved to the Netherlands for work. After experience in a design studio, he works as an inspector for RINA. Currently, he is responsible for technical and certification for Aquamarina, ensuring high standards of boat safety. Also manages the operations at the Bagni Alga, welcoming customers and coordinating staff for an unforgettable experience.

Stefano, co-founder of the Maravela Company, is a pillar of our team. Passionate about hospitality and management, he dedicates himself to the bar of Bagni Alga, ensuring impeccable service and a welcoming atmosphere. Stefano develops new cocktails and seasonal menus, organizes special events and collaborates with the staff to improve the offer. His vision and enthusiasm inspire the team to reach new levels of excellence.

Daniele, a passionate marksman and motorcyclist, has always shown an untiring dedication to everything he does. He is a competent manager of the plant and the vessels for which he is currently taking nautical licences. His attention to detail and organizational spirit enable him to coordinate the operational part effectively, ensuring that each activity is carried out with precision and care.
